Here’s the honest truth … Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is an acquired taste!

There, I said it!

However, ACV provides so many benefits to your health that it is recommended you just “suck it up” or rather, gulp it down … with water (never drink it straight).

What exactly is ACV?

Apple cider vinegar is a liquid that is fermented from apples and is highly acidic in nature. Believe it or not, the acidic aspect of apple cider vinegar is what makes it so beneficial in terms of your health. ACV is loaded with raw enzymes and contains beneficial bacteria that can assist with your digestion.

In other words, it’s good for you!

So, what are some of the benefits you say?

1. Digestion and Detoxification
2. Helps with Acid Reflux
3. Balances your pH
4. Stabilizes Blood Sugar Levels
5. Lower’s blood pressure
