Many people don’t know where added sugar hides. Some foods that we don’t consider to be sweet actually have added sugar! In addition, some people are so accustomed to eating really sweet foods that they find added sugar to be normal.

Fact is, we consume excess sugar like nobody’s business!

Why do you need to quit excess sugar? 🤔

Here are a few reasons why you should keep your sugar intake in check:

➡ Refined sugars are responsible for various ailments such as weight gain, mood swings, headaches and fatigue to name a few.

➡ Added sugar is bare. It is not bound to other substances (like vitamins and minerals) and leaves you with empty calories.

➡ Excess sugar consumption can lead to Diabetes or heart disease.

These are just some of the many reasons why you need to quit sugar. 👍
