  • Smoothies are a fast, nutritious breakfast full of nutrients and enzymes!⁣⁣
  • You can include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your smoothie that you may not otherwise get. ⁣⁣
  • Blended meals are easier to digest and are a good choice to start the day.⁣⁣

Here is an awesomely delicious recipe for one of my favourite shakes!

Mix all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Of course, you can add your favourite protein powder, like chocolate … 😉

Serve while chilled. Stevia powder or Monkfruit sweetener may be added for sweetness (if you don’t include a protein powder), or try topping off your smoothie with fresh berries!
